Lise-Anne Harris is the owner and founder of Treat Confectionary Ja. Ltd.. Known for her delicious peanut, spicy cashew and coffee almond brittles, she will be bringing a new variety of baked goods and pastries to The Bakery.

Selena Wong, owner of Selena Cakes has spent decades perfecting her sugar artistry and known for her elaborate cake masterpieces. At the Bakery she will bring her signature recipes and a selection of new dessert favorites.
